PARTICIPANTS
- Departures for all trips have a minimum number of persons for the excursion to occur.
- Minimum number of persons: 10
- Children who don’t occupy seats do not affect the decision for the trip to depart.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellation within 72 hours before departure, trip is not changeable and non-refundable.
- Cancellation earlier than 72 hours before departure participant receives a free refund for trip.
- This trip requires a minimum number of travelers. If cancelled because the minimum is not met, you will be offered a different date/excursion or a full refund.
- Refund within 72 hours is the case of death or “cas majeur”. In such cases, let customer send email with accompanying documents to email and request for refund.

If refund is for an individual, follow procedure above.
