• Departures for all trips have a minimum number of persons for the excursion to occur.
• Minimum number of persons: 10
• Children who don’t occupy seats do not affect the decision for the trip to depart.

• Where a pregnant woman must attend, let her provide a medical certificate by her doctor, to proof she can participate in such tours.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellation within 72 hours before departure, trip is not changeable and non-refundable.
• Cancellation earlier than 72 hours before departure participant receives a free refund for trip.
• This trip requires a minimum number of travelers. If cancelled because the minimum is not met, you will be offered a different date/excursion or a full refund.
• Refund within 72 hours is the case of death or “cas majeur”. In such cases, let customer send email with accompanying documents to email and request for refund.
• To cancel your booking please send an email to info@ortontraveltour.com// ortontraveltours@gmail.com with full names and booking reference. Subject: CANCELLATION OF TRIP Name. Example: CANCELLATION OF SPLENDOURS OF KRIBI.
• For refunds, please send an email to info@ortontraveltour.com// ortontraveltours@gmail.com with full names and booking reference. Do well to attach your National Identity Card or Passport.

If refund is for an individual, follow procedure above.

If refund is for a group, indicate person to receive refund, plus National Identity Card or Passport of the person to collect the money.
